At first I thought I could do a opening for a nature program or something, however then I came up to do something for an art show as I thought that could be interesting, like for a sky arts programme or something like that. I had been watching a lot of art videos on youtube where they talk about modern artists and show how to paint like so and so, on the Moma channel, so I thought this project piece could be for a TV that does something like that. I looked about online for visual inspiration and found quite a lot of stuff. i ams & u ares. - talking pattern/heart and whirl of computer???? nostalgia & online everything happens in the negative space with pin points. materialism, what is valuale/what makes something obtain 'worth', nihilistic, the visual split between modality and substance. just because we hold it in our hands does that make it more real? is the physicality of a photography merely an attempt to hold onto the past and/or validate that we exist. The internet wouldnt be there if we weren't there to perceive it. People say 'if you put thing online its there forever' but where is There??
