 went to a nature reserve to do some plein air, took a few pics on my phone in the process. found this interesting looking tree ? old signs a nice gate/fence the rain gave the scenery a nice glow, i hope the film photos i took come out nice as the green is yummy round ripples stood by the lake bit for a while n it was refreshin far away bench, the same bench i sat on later in the day to paint greeeeeeeeen A Tooooooad! hench.  a man walked past while i was looking at the toad and said there were newts up near the canal so we walked up the hill to there we ended up seeing no newts at the canal, but there were lots of tadpoles !!  soooo many walked past a dead magpie floating in the water, with tadpoles around it.. i took a picture and might turn it into a painting as i like the contrast of beginning/end and life/death all the gang hanging out found an abandoned building... cba to go in tho, also think there were already ppl in there. i liked the stain created by the water s...
