got my film developed from amsterdam , a few of the last ones are from the nature reserve i went to last week. Since a lot of my previous film shooting has been on expired film i found in a charity shop years ago, i havent had a lot of experience on trying film u can currently buy. i think the last few times for example i just bought kodak gold as that tends to be whats There, but this time i decided to try kodak's colour plus for a change, which turned out to be a good idea as i think the photos came out really nice and im kinda obsessed with the colours and i think its my fave, when i first got the photos back i was really suprised by how crisp they were. a lot of these photos definitely didn't come out 'perfect' but i think thats kinda the point with film, and as i shoot more film ill be able to use these outcomes to fit my intentions etc etc. the first photo i took on this roll was when i was walking in the morning and saw this bike and the flowers together. luckily

 went to a nature reserve to do some plein air, took a few pics on my phone in the process. found this interesting looking tree ? old signs a nice gate/fence the rain gave the scenery a nice glow, i hope the film photos i took come out nice as the green is yummy round ripples stood by the lake bit for a while n it was refreshin far away bench, the same bench i sat on later in the day to paint greeeeeeeeen A Tooooooad! hench.  a man walked past while i was looking at the toad and said there were newts up near the canal so we walked up the hill to there we ended up seeing no newts at the canal, but there were lots of tadpoles !!  soooo many walked past a dead magpie floating in the water, with tadpoles around it.. i took a picture and might turn it into a painting as i like the contrast of beginning/end and life/death all the gang hanging out found an abandoned building... cba to go in tho, also think there were already ppl in there. i liked the stain created by the water some mallards
