SYNTHETIC DRUMS JUST DONT SOUND(or should i say, HIT) THE SAME

recording royal road n scared im not gonna have enough time bc its taking so much longer to edit bc of how i have to record n stuff due to lockdown lol.

I got some drums off an online drum machine n they sound too synthetic..... i mean i can deal with it n ive been tweaking it n it sounds a lot better but its just frustrating.
Also im realising i wanna rerecord the guitar i recorded the other day bc it goes slightly off beat at the end n although i could edit it whats the point bc tweaking in post should b a last resort lol
also it sounds so different to the drums as the guitar has been recorded on my dslr in my room which has a different ambience which is frustrating but whatever im just mad so smashed this post out!!!!
